Cancellation Policy

Church Front Cancellation and Refund Policy At Church Front, we strive to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for all users of our platform. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations, refunds, and associated fees for bookings made through our platform. ________________________________________ 1. General Cancellation Rules 1.1. Booking Confirmation • A booking is confirmed when payment is successfully processed, and a confirmation email is sent to the User. 1.2. Cancellation Period • Cancellations are allowed up to the specified cancellation deadline, which is indicated during the booking process. 1.3. Non-Refundable Fees • Certain fees, such as service fees or cleaning fees, may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the booking terms. ________________________________________ 2. Guest-Initiated Cancellations 2.1. Flexible Cancellation Policy • If canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 7 days before the event, a full refund (excluding non-refundable fees) will be issued. 2.2. Standard Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made between 7 and 3 days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the booking fee. • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are non-refundable. 2.3. Special Circumstances • If an event is canceled due to verified emergencies or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), Church Front may issue a full or partial refund at its discretion. ________________________________________ 3. Host-Initiated Cancellations 3.1. Host Obligations • Hosts are expected to honor all confirmed bookings. • Repeated cancellations by a Host may result in penalties, including suspension or removal from the platform. 3.2. Refunds for Guests • If a Host cancels a booking, the Guest will receive a full refund of the booking fee, including any service or cleaning fees. ________________________________________ 4. Modifications to Bookings 4.1. Guest Requests for Changes • Guests may request changes to their booking (e.g., rescheduling, extending duration) through the platform. Approval of changes is subject to Host discretion. 4.2. Host-Initiated Modifications • Hosts must communicate any changes to bookings promptly. If modifications are unacceptable to the Guest, the booking may be canceled with a full refund issued to the Guest. ________________________________________ 5. Refund Process 5.1.
